Hello Everyone, I am the beneficiary living in Ghana. My husband received a second checklist from the NVC today( 1st checklist was about 2months ago) asking him to refill and submit the affidavit of support forms. I am almost giving up. Any ideas would be welcome. Thanks.

Dont give up!!! What did they say specifically ... my check list had a marking by it to what needed to be filled.. just go over it slowly and see whats missing.. Most Definitely dont give up! It's definitely worth all the headache to have your love one with you! GOOD LUCK!!!

We can't advise if we don't know what the issue is? What was the second checklist? have your husband post the letter so we can maybe help or can you type it out or something. Or post?

Sorry guys, I have tried to copy and paste parts of the checklist

that was sent.

In Part 3, Information on the Immigrant(s) You are sponsoring, please correct the following...

[x] Item 7. The total number of immigrants listed in Item 7 must equal the number of immigrants listed in Part 3, Items

1 through 6.f. In addition, you must also verify that the total number of immigrants listed in Item 7 matches the

number you entered in Part 5 Item1

In Part 6. Sponsor's Income and Employment, please correct the following...

[x] Items 13.a.1. The income you enter must match the total (gross) income reported on your most recent Federal

income tax return. If you filed Form 1040EZ, use the adjusted gross income instead.

[x]
