Hello I wanted to know if I need to submit proof of marriage like leases, birth certificate of our child, utility bills, joint documents etc with the n400 or should I submit just the 3 years of joint tax returns? I filing under the 3 year rule being married to a US citizen. Thanks in advance

Send marriage certificate, passport bio page from USC spouse, and/or birth certificate. You're applying at three years based on marriage to a citizen correct? If 5 years or more, marriage to USC proof is not needed.

That no longer is enough. They request more proof now. You can choose to send either 3 years of joint tax return transcripts OR 3 years of joint tax returns, leases, joint accounts OR birth certificates of children.

Yes, you need to send all possible proofs of marriage bona fide. After 3 years of marriage they would expect from you more joint financial documents - bank accounts etc.

N-400 mentions nothing about bona fide marriage proofs other than Spouse Citizenship proof, Marriage certificate and 3 year tax transcript. N-400 is not I-751 I believe.
