St. Luke's is first come - first served.

There is info in my link on St. Luke's (process is the same for IR/CR-1) that may help

Go online to St Lukes and fill out the application. There are no appointments...first come first served. Get there by 6 AM. All of the requirements are on their website. http://www.slec.ph/#%C2'>

It's pretty straight-forward...

Does your wife have an appointment letter from Manila? At the very least, she needs the NVC letter...again, all of the requirements are on the website..

Good Luck

SLEC is still first come, first served. But there's an online pre-registration for encoding of information into their system: http://www.slec.ph/us/registration/

- This saves time and will be given priority (over those who didn't) upon entry.

More info: http://www.slec.ph/

Check out the pinned medical walkthrough in the PH forum for a detailed review: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/221658-st-lukes-medical-exam-walkthrough/

Edit: Yes, same as what Hank and Ed&Gina said. :D

Btw, For IR1/CR1s, it's best that you wait for the scheduled interview, as it may still take some time for the NVC letter to arrive. just take note that the medical is tied up with the visa validity which is +6months from medical.

hi all, after the medical exam is completed, do they provide all the results for the blood and urine test for pregnancy test and other test results? or is it kept secret until the US Embassy views it?

All the results will be forwarded to the embassy. Only the vaccination record and X-ray CD will be provided to the applicant after the medical.

they wont even tell you if you're pregnant or not? you need to find out at the embassy?

You will be asked when your last period (first day and last day) was. If you're found out to be pregnant from your urine sample, I'm guessing they will inform you, they will not give you any vaccine and as far as I know, will not be subjected to Xray. I hope those with experience can chime in.

Btw, why not buy a pregnancy test kit before your medical? Just for your own peace of mind.
