Philippines tend to get faster processing. Some say that it's only due to expedited requests but I don't personally know whether that's the case.

I think, just my opinion, that if you have sent back what they wanted in the RFE, then your approval will be coming soon. that is the trend I have seen. Best of luck.

Yes I believe if you didn't get a RFE you would be on a fast track but after they get your RFE settled then you will be back on board and get ready cause its gonna be a fast ride. Start getting your fiancée stuff ready and get your stuff ready to send her. Take a look at my timeline and you will see how fast our process was. Less than 3 months for the whole process. But I will tell you this right now trying to get a interview date is going to be the most frustrating part cause there are so many people on VJ that are waiting and plenty more that are not on VJ waiting for interview dates to come up. hahaa really? after 15 days you want noa 2 ? I send on JANUARY, and I still DONT have the noa2. we spoke many times at USCIS and they said 6 months ...
