Guys. I got a letter in mail finally. It says the typical "your case is still pending adjudication" and I will hear something by 2 month(???!). Its been already over 9 months, no RFEs no decision. Should I just wait as the letter says or what is my best option? IM THE ONLY ONE HERE WITH NO RESULTS SO FAR...

Got so excited today to get a text about case being update. Unfortunately, it was false hope. Checked the site and all it said was "birth date was updated." Now I am sitting here wondering why a birth date has to be updated.... It hasn't changed. Smh. Le sigh.

How did you submit the first service request? If it was thru the online portal, I would suggest physically calling and having them submit the request. If it was originally by phone, first I would call again and make sure you mention your case is outside normal processing time. While they are doing that, it may be beneficial to contact your local representative so their office can make an inquiry.

I will submit another service request right away, according to their absolutely inaccurate website they should have processed every single one of the September filers by beginning of May, we all know this is absolutely not true.

They probably misplaced or lost your case, since organization doesn't seem to be a strong feature in VSC. You have already waited more than 9 months you don't deserve to be waiting any longer.

Oh and since still waiting for I-751 decision go ahead and file for N400, maybe them seeing you have filed for citizenship might make them speed up the process, who knows.
