Since I check this page every week, I can feel first the approved cases are announced, then the RFEs start to show up. Its been oficially 6 month after we filed 751. USCIS is slow for sure, maybe if they hire more people to process faster, that also helps the unemployment rate to goes down.

I just rang the main office to hear what the status is for my case - not great information about if I have the GC or if I will be RFE but they said that they are running 18 days over their estimation time and I should hear by then if not to ring back! Ahhhh so frustrating!

Good evening!

I was wondering what kind of evidence the people that have been approved send in for the I751?

It's been almost 7 months for us now and we're still waiting. I've called their hotline twice, last time (this Thursday) I was told that I was indeed outside of the average processing time but that

instead of doing the inquiry quite yet, to call back in 9 days. It's so frustrating...

Does anyone know how long the rfe process usually takes if it's approved? How about if it's denied what will happen?
