I have never post in here but after I saw frenchfry post that her NOA1 was 9/4,I decodecided to write. My NOA1 IS SEPTEMBER 4TH AND My bio was scheduled for 10/2 but I did an early walk in on the 29th of September.I hope I get approved soon..

I sent it on the 9/2 and the received it on the 9/4,they sent me a letter stating my residency has been extended for 1 year. And a letter of bio schedule for 10/2 but I did an early walk in on the 9/29.. that's why am saying my date and frenchfry dates are almost the same...

Your timeline shows 09/03 as the sent / filing date! Correct? Also your NOA is the receipt date on your notice not the day you received it in the mail!

OK I got the approval letter and new greencard in the mail! The letter is dated Dec 26. I just came home from holiday today.

Congratulations you guys..

I was checking online about once a week. Status changed to "card in production" (approx Dec20) . Letter came about three days later saying "approved - card in production". Letter dated Dec22. Text did come "Your case WAC########## is now updated. Check "my case status" at www.uscis.gov. Text dated Dec23. Hope this helps. Good Luck !

We looked on USCIS online and tonight it said Card Was Ordered To Be Produced . On January 3 we ordered your new card we did not get a email yet. Hope more good news to all of the rest of us.

ROC (Divorce Waiver)- CSC

2/14/14- Filed for Divorce

2/28/14- Sent I751 Packet (divorce pending)

3/3/14- NOA1 (receipt date)

3/5/14- Check Cashed & NOA1 Received in the Mail

3/6/14- GC Expired

3/11/14- Received Biometrics Appt. Letter (for 3/28)

3/21/14- Biometrics (done 1 week early)

5/20/14- RFE received for divorce decree/more evidence

8/8/14- Submitted further evidence, no divorce decree yet

9/12/14- I751 Denial received

10/8/14- Divorce finalized

10/14/14- Sent I751 Packet again, with divorce decree! (Refiling)

10/15/14- NOA1 (receipt date)

10/17/14- Check Cashed

11/03/14- Biometrics Done

3/6/14- 1 Year Extension Expired

3/24/15- I551 Stamp in Passport (1 year extension)

4/16/15- APPROVED! E-mail & Text Received

4/20/15- Approval Letter Received via Mail

4/25/15- GC in hand! Happy Birthday to me! :)
