Anybody heard anything yet? particularly in the Charlotte North Carolina area?

6/29/12 AOS Package mailed Chicago Lockbox

7/01/12 Package delivered

7/09/12 NOA email notification

7/14/12 Received hard copy of NOA in the mail

7/16/12 Received biometric appointment letter for 8/01/12

7/23/12 Successful walk in Biometrics

8/15/12 Received email for interview notice

8/17/12 Received interview notice in the mail

9/10/12 EAD card ordered, (didnt get email or text checked it on USCIS website)

9/18/12 EAD card received in the mail

9/18/12 Interview done, approved on the spot!

9/19/12 Got email that approval notice was mailed out on 9/18/12

9/22/12 Received Approval notice in the mail

9/24/12 Got email that greencard was sent in the mail

9/26/12 Received greencard in the mail, thank you lord!

I'm in the South Carolina area and I haven't heard anything after giving my Bio-Metrics :( really thought this wouldn't take long getting worried about my drivers licence :(

You can take your notification of the years extension and have your driver's license updated to the new date. My GC expired 12/13/14 and with it so did my permit. I took that notice and the DMV updated my permit to reflect the new date of 12/13/15.

Hi, I haven't ever posted on here, I always just follow. However, I'm a September filer, september 02 with an early biometrics september 22nd ish, and my husband and I received a notification of our approval yesterday (26th). We applied at the california service center.

Date of decision was 12/18, admission date 11/19 (not sure what admission date is...)

they said they will send us the green card within 60 days.

I thought you'd all like to know, they're making decisions now!!

ROC (Divorce Waiver)- CSC

2/14/14- Filed for Divorce

2/28/14- Sent I751 Packet (divorce pending)

3/3/14- NOA1 (receipt date)

3/5/14- Check Cashed & NOA1 Received in the Mail

3/6/14- GC Expired

3/11/14- Received Biometrics Appt. Letter (for 3/28)

3/21/14- Biometrics (done 1 week early)

5/20/14- RFE received for divorce decree/more evidence

8/8/14- Submitted further evidence, no divorce decree yet

9/12/14- I751 Denial received

10/8/14- Divorce finalized

10/14/14- Sent I751 Packet again, with divorce decree! (Refiling)

10/15/14- NOA1 (receipt date)

10/17/14- Check Cashed

11/03/14- Biometrics Done

3/6/14- 1 Year Extension Expired

3/24/15- I551 Stamp in Passport (1 year extension)

4/16/15- APPROVED! E-mail & Text Received

4/20/15- Approval Letter Received via Mail

4/25/15- GC in hand! Happy Birthday to me! :)

Did you receive an email or text or letter in the mail?

I didn't sign up for text notifications, and I didn't get an email notification. The notification was a letter in the mail (followed by another letter in the mail with the card in it)

I have never post in here but after I saw frenchfry post that her NOA1 was 9/4,I decodecided to write. My NOA1 IS SEPTEMBER 4TH AND My bio was scheduled for 10/2 but I did an early walk in on the 29th of September.I hope I get approved soon..
