Still waiting for Biometrics appointment- i see that some Ictober filers have already received their appointments. Should I be worried?

My wife did just return from a trip to Europe, where they photographed her and took her fingerprints upon reentry.

Biometrics done. It took 30+ minutes.

Now time to wait and hope for no RFEs.

Hopefully we all skip the RFE stuff. My wife and I will probably be getting one. I mentioned two things that we didn't have the best evidence for, an actual letter stating my wife was an authorized user for a credit card for 3 years and old health insurance. We are moving this week, the post office locally has lost our mail before and at a previous address mail went missing to the extent of her green card being gone for a month. I will be a wreck for the year when it comes to getting an RFE and the mail. I just signed up for the online case updates. Does anyone know if you get an RFE does it change you case status? How long do you have to reply to an RFE.

Those of us who, well all of us who have had their biometrics, have your case status' not changed? Ours still says initial review.

Question:

When submitting the evidence along with the i751 form. How far back do we have to present proof of our marriage? Do we have to submit two years worth of bank, car, utilities, insurance statements, or only the last two to three months prior to the date you're sending the package.

How much is enough and how much is too little??

Well all, I will be moving to October filers. Our application was rejected and I was only able to find this out after emailing CSC after 30 days that no notice arrived. I feel very stupid...it was the wrong version of the form. I guess I had saved it to my computer and used that one instead of downloading it directly from the site when it was time for us to file, so I saved the earlier version.

Anyways refiled last week...so I guess I'm October now. Good luck to everyone!

Have you guys noticed that a bunch of June filers (VSC) got transferred to local office or CSC? and they have not even finished April's filers. I think VSC is working on getting this delay out of their way. I would not mind if i get transfer to CSC for a faster decision!! Finger crossed

Have you guys noticed that a bunch of June filers (VSC) got transferred to local office or CSC?

In the last few days changes in processing times of ROC on VJ show that CSC already got thrown 2 weeks backward, so now I see why. Hopefully it will not turn into huge backlog in CSC like it happened with our K-1 visa in summer 2011.
