We filed our petition on 09/04 to CSC and our NOA1 dated as 09/08. Can somebody add us to the list please? I'm starting to get a little bit worried since we still didn't get anything about biometrics, I remember during AOS letter came very soon after NOA1, like a week or so, but now it's been over 2 weeks since NOA1 and still nothing. Hope to get it in the next few days, might try to call USCIS next week if nothing still will be in the mail. I want to get it soon as well because I'll have to rent a car to drive to another city for biometrics, request day off work, so really want to be done with that trip soon.

Victor: you should look at the time line of others...there's nothing to worry about. Indeed, if you look at the August filers (some actually contanstly on our thread) and July ones- most of them had biometrics done already, however most of them have not been approved (or denied) at all yet. So this indicates that both service centers are backlogged big time. We might going to get our biometrics stated "current" and will not even have to do biometrics. Unless, they speed up and approve the July/August dudes within a couple of weeks. Long story short: no worries.

Yes both California and Vermont are backed up around this time of the year for some reason. When I looked up the timelines of people who applied in august, July etc, there's a certain pattern. A vast majority had the biometrics done approx. a month after they mailed their forms. We all have to relax and just wait. 751 is not priority for them therefore it'll take a lot longer this time around..
