I got an RFE. ha.

6 years of knowing my husband and struggling through these Visa procedures, 3 1/2 years married.

2 years in the U.S. acclimating...accomplishing getting his drivers lic., a job, promotion, health ins through the job, him purchasing his first car, filing taxes jointly etc and Im not mentioning the personal struggles of him leaving everything behind......We have not established that the marriage upon which we were granted conditional staus was entered on good faith.

When does the stress end?

am I the last September filer?

Sorry to hear you got an RFE. Hopefully, they are asking something very basic, like a missing tax transcript or something and in a breeze you'll get approved. I wish you the best. Since, I don't know what they are asking from you, I cannot help at this point. But good luck! Keep the faith, this misery will be over soon! Oh and I'm not sure if you are the last Sept filer or not..haven't been here since we got our GC...

So sorry about the RFE. Technically, on VJ's terms, we are also a September filer (filed 09/30, received 10/01) and we still haven't heard anything from USCIS.

February is the 6 month timer from September no? I am going to call and speak to someone on Monday. Due to the lack of VSC doing anything I have a feeling that a call/letter to a congressman will be needed. Anyone know of any good thread where someone has done this? I have looked and not found one.

I am also a September filer. Looking at the dates of approval, it seems that for the last two weeks the CSC has stopped processing any cases. I have called the number provided and they gave a generic statement that they are still processing May 2014 I-751s.

I assume that California has received the transfers from the other service centers and have put California filers on hiatus.

All junes I751 fillers from Vermont traansfer to California.... I was one of them

just received card in the mail it was approved 1-26 and mailed 1-29 received on 2-2. bio app was 11-10 filed a California Center.

Mailed 9-4 and Noa 9-08 bio 11-10

I have a flight tommorow to Philippines and i got an approval today.lol I will just use my extension letter and my expired greencard then. 09/26/2014 sent to california service center, 09/29/2014 noa1, 10/24/2014 biometrics taken. goodluck to those who are still waiting!
