hi, it's my first time to post on this forum and i am a september filer. I submitted my application the 26th of september ang my noa1 was on Sept 29 saying that my I have a 1yr extension. My biometrics was on October 24, 2014. I haven't receive an approval yet but i am wishing that it will be anytime soon. I have quick question about my situation if you could help me. My grandmother just passed away a week ago and Me and my wife want to attend her burial in the philippines on the middle of February. Before we will go to my country, we will be filing our joint income tax first. 1. Can I use my extension letter with my expired green card for my 3month trip to the philippines? 2. Do i need to book for info pass?( I read some post here that it doesn't need anymore but just to make sure hmm) 3. will it be a problem that my wife and me will stay for 3 months there to attend the burrial and also having a vaccation? 4. If my greencard arrives here in our mail, could I ask somebody here in our house to mail it to me in the Philippines or no need cause I still have my extension letter? Thank you and Godbless us all.

I live in Dallas, Texas. But my I-751 was mailed to Vermont center by my attorney. I think it should have been mailed to CSC. It seems I hired an incompetent attorney.

just received card in the mail it was approved 1-26 and mailed 1-29 received on 2-2. bio app was 11-10 filed a California Center.

Hi dare448, based on your timeline, your NOA date shows 10/01/2014 which is your filing date…in that case you're an October filer the September filers are almost done getting their approvals, and your date is the 1st so you'll be one of the first to hear something! Any day now...Good luck!!

I have a flight tommorow to Philippines and i got an approval today.lol I will just use my extension letter and my expired greencard then. 09/26/2014 sent to california service center, 09/29/2014 noa1, 10/24/2014 biometrics taken. goodluck to those who are still waiting!
