I had the "your case was received" status for the longest time and it changed to "card in production" yesterday.

mrskate is right. They no longer have that system. You just ge a message that your card had been oredered...and a text and an email if you requested that....or at least I did reques. tha and got boththe text and the email. Then checked online and it also said "your new card has been ordered". Good luck!

So I checked the USCIS processing time frames website and it appears CSC is experiencing delays, most likely reviewing petitions transferred from VSC for May/June petitioners.

I think considering how the processing table says it is 6 months for approval we are in the 4th month this January, and only 7 people (in this forum who posted up their stuff) are left only to approve from CSC. So, no, I don't see there's any delay yet...maybe at the end of March we'll be able to say that as that'll be the 6 months of processing time that they will be bound to exceed....food for thought...

Ok so that link might not work, but this should:

Regardless, the site says that CSC is delayed, although their metrics might be off as the center is still processing may/June VSC transfers.

Well fingers crossed for the 7 of us remain CSC filers, we'll all get great news soon!!!

Hi guys! Anyone files in NYC? We filed our package September 19 and still no news. Asked a lawyer he said it takes 6-9 months??! Seriously? Then why everyone gets approved so fast here? Anyone advice please. Thanks ! Checking online everyday btw.

Because you filed in Vermont and the ones you are seeing approved are from CSC, CSC is approving faster than VSC... welcome, now sit and wait!!
