Hi All!

Joining this group. We will be filing our joint i-751 application on September 29th. My husband's Conditional GC expires on October 30th.

Just one quick question, do the affidavits need to be notarized? We will be getting two affidavits (one from my dad and one from my husband's bestfriend/bestman) for our application.

No! They must be signed but its not a requirement to have them notarized!

Hi There! I just wanted to let you know we haven't received NOA but check was cashed on 9/10 :). We did move and changed our address about 4 months ago with immigration (online form) and had our new address on all the forms we submitted but do you think that is why we haven't gotten our NOA? Have other people had check cashed before NOA before? Please let me know. Thank you!!!

You need the Receipt Date (with time, can you find it?) on your NOA letter for the list ;)

Hello!

We mailed our ROC Package to Vermont Service Center this morning (9/12/14) I must say getting everything together for this package was much harder than AOS. So happy to have that over :) I pray all goes well with no issues. Wishing everyone the best (F)
