no very optimistic about this.. seeing Feb filers still w.o approval at VSC. I thought this was going to be a short wait just like AOS ! Hopefully things change a little when September comes!

Take it from a March CSC filer who could have been approved by now if not for an RFE: Send. Everything. Ev-er-y-thing. This package was harder to put together than my CR-1.

Hello everyone ... this is what we are adding to the packet. We still have time... just early prep. We are submitting on Sept. 4th.

1. GC copy front and back

2. Evidence of relationship:

Joint child(ren) (ours is not born yet so we'll just add few things)

a. Baby ultrasound (2 pics), doctor's letter stating husband attended prenatal visits

Joint occupancy

a. Both licenses copy with same address

b. Joint rental agreement,

c. Joint rent payment (7 checks, they have both of our names and joint address)

Financial & Joint Liabilities

a. Joint car insurance declaration page (since GC was granted)

b. Copy of all joint credit cards

c. IPERS Beneficiary statement (husband listed as 100% beneficiary)

d. Joint phone bill copy

e. Joint Bank Statements (2 years, since GC was granted.

f. Joint Tax Statement (2012, 2013)

g. Joint utilities, letter stating both of our names

h. Joint vision plan (cards)

Other relevant evidence

a. Greeting cards shared (ecards, received from friends)

b. Hotel receipts of our stays while husband attended school in other town

c. Husband's university award letter, admission's letter and Registar's letter verifying address and school attendance for 1 year prog, copy of student ID.

d. Pictures of relationship since GC was granted (24 pictures and 4 from wedding)

e. Joint Travel receipts to my country

f. Pet adoption documents

g. Joint volunteer experiences (two events)

Affidavits of Bonafide Marriage (3 notarized, 1 not notarized) attached to pictures and travel receipts of family visits as evidence to their statements.

I also read that Tax Transcripts could be beneficial since they show the taxes have been filed. Just sharing.

If the vision insurance cards just showing a current coverage status, you may ask the insurance provider to issue a verification letter that states since when you joined.
