IV package minor child and wife? please check cover letter

Hi guys i need your help I'm preparing my minor child IV packet. Do you think this will be good? Do i need anything else?

· IV bar-coded cover sheet

· Two (2) passport-size photographs of beneficiary (case number, beneficiary’s full name, and date of birth are written on back of both)

· Photocopy of the biographic data page of beneficiary’s passport

· Original copy of the birth certificate of beneficiary and copy

My wife IV package

· IV bar-coded cover sheet

· Two (2) passport-size photographs of beneficiary (case number, beneficiary’s full name, and date of birth are written on back of both)

· Photocopy of the biographic data page of beneficiary’s passport

· Original copy of the birth certificate of beneficiary and copy

· Original copy of the marriage certificate and copy

· Certified Copy Petitioner’s Final Divorce Decree (Certified State stamp and county clerk signature at the back)

· Original police clearance certificate

Original NBI clearance

Can you guys check if i need anything more?

Think thats all they asked for. just one question, will you send them in one carrier together with their corresponding cover sheet? Or will you mail them separately? Im in the same boat right now. Thanks
