My wife filed the I-130 last September 2013. And got approved at October 2013. We've finished submitted the documents needed in National Visa Center last April 2014. They wrote that I am qualified for the schedule of interview already. It's 2 months now that the schedule of interview is still pending. I am wondering how does it take long for me to have the date for interview?

You have a bit of a wait. The Visa Bulletin isn't current so your Priority Date (PD) is not up. The date they are working on now is 01MAY2012.

Some are predicting anyone filing on 2013 1 to 2 year wait. Just keep your eyes on the Visa Bulletin dates and pray they go current again (mean everyone in your category is available to move forward). Sorry.

If your category is f2a, sorry but the current visa availability for Philippines is applicants with pd before May 2012. It retrogressed this month of June. The only thing you can do right now is to wait, pray and check the visa bulletin every month until your pd becomes available for visa issuance.

but I am already done with the national visa center needed to be submitted.

Because as far as I know, once the national visa center process the paper, it continous in the US Embassy.

I just got confused about it.

You can only get an interview when you 1. Completed your case at Nvc and 2. Your priority date is current. Last month, the pd for visa availability was September 2013 but sadly for this month it retrogressed to May 2012. So you didn't get any interview letter. And even if you'll be able to get an interview, they will not issue a visa to you because your pd is not current anymore. All you can do now is wait until your pd gets current again and then they'll assign an interview for you.

My pd is current and my case got completed on 24th June, still did not hear anything from NVC. I am trying to call them but they are simply asking me to wait. I am scared if my pd retrogress in September I will be stuck for another year, we are already in process since August 2013. What should I do, pls suggest what can I do?
