Hello !!

I have a question about AOS ....

I got GC sponsor Tax return 2013 as well as W-2s.......Where on W-2s the gross pay written is 72445 but on tax return on line 22 is 72441

If i am not wrong the correct amount on part 6 of AOS ( my total income as reported on my federal tax returns for the most return ) should be from line 22 is 72441 ?????

While is different from W-2s .....it is ok ?

2nd question : What should i write on Country of Domicile for GC holder ???????

Use the tax return transcript. Total income if filed 1040, adjusted total income if filed 1040EZ

A GC holder (aka LPR) must be domiciled in the USA to qualify. Domicile means where they live.
