You'd need a detailed letter from the doctor stating why you need your wife there, and then an explanation from yourself why you cannot get a different wheelchair/ have local friends and family help.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

Hello,

I finally got my checklist on my AOS yesterday and I was mad because they said I can't use asset as income but acording to the instruction of I 864 we can do that . My brother is a self employed and on his tax return he was below the poverty line so he used some of his asset as income . Can he deposit money on the bank and show that at this point or can my husband which I am applying for show his bank statement from another Country or should my brother re do his tax income !!!! Please help me !!!!!

Some assets you cannot use. You cannot use your primary residence for example. Perhaps the kind of asset is the problem.

Your brother is a USC or LPR and is living and working in the USA right? Are the assets in the USA or are they foreign? He needs 5x the assets as well.

September 12, 2011: IV bill invoiced
September 13, 2011: Paid IV bill (payment portal showed PAID on September 14, 2011)
September 14, 2011: Emailed IV package
October 3, 2011: Emailed checklist response (checklist generated due to typo on Form DS-230)
October 6, 2011: Case complete at NVC
November 10, 2011: Interview - APPROVED!!!
December 7, 2011: POE - Sea-Tac Airport

September 17, 2013: Mailed I-751 to CSC

September 23, 2013: Received NOA1 in mail (receipt date September 19th)

October 16, 2013: Biometrics Appointment

January 28, 2014: Production of new Green Card ordered

February 3, 2014: New Green Card received; done with USCIS until fall of 2023*

December 18, 2023:  Filed I-90 to renew Green Card

December 21, 2023:  Production of new Green Card ordered - will be seeing USCIS again every 10 years for renewal

Hello ,

I have a question on I 864 form !! I was wondering on part 6 question 5 current individual annual income is it the gross or net that I have to put in that box.
