Nervous about England V Italy tomorrow. As long as we give a better account of ourselves than we did at the last world cup I'll be happy though.

Just caught up with the games (I DVR them and watch them after work). Fair play to the Dutch - never saw that coming. Casillas is toss - how do you expect a player to perform at the highest level of all if he's not been a regular for his club all season? De Gea or Reina must surely start the next game. Looks like Costa might get a retrospective ban, and quite frankly, the ageing duo of Torres & Villa doesn't inspire me with a massive amount of confidence.

Thought the Aussies were desperately unlucky against Chile - the 3-1 scoreline was as flattering to Chile as it was to Brazil yesterday. Thought the ref gave them nowt.

Really? I don't know any of the England players any more, so long since I watched any football, but I didn't think they could beat Italy these days.

Also, it seems to me that England v Italy matches tend to the somewhat boring types of games rather often, so I hope it's not one of those games

Oh, you misunderstood my post. I was comparing Italy national team with full of handsome players but lack of skill with having pretty or handsome spouse but lack of personality. Some girls probably will see benefits by watching them playing, not for me though. I love to watch beautiful game with players with the skills. That's all matters.
