Thanks maven. Nor did I say I didn't feel he needed a visa. I said it didn't seem as if he was in pursuit of one.

C'mon Uncle, it's Friday my man. Let's go spend all of our money on beer and cry about our brokeness.

Who is the brokenessiest of us all? Are we doomed to day drinking Natty Lights?

I have questions.

Edit to add: someone seems to be angling for a weekend off here. I'll be curious to see how this plays out. :pop:

Not "your man" [...]

Interweb to the rescue!

http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=My+man

This is a person who is your friend. This also means that this person is a close friend. This phrase can also mean that you know someone but you do not know there [sic] name. This also replaces the word "hello".
Person 1: Hello

Person 2: My man what is up

Not "your man", liar & hypocrite.

edit: or even "you're man", which you're more likely to recognize.

Well, that sure does look like a TOS violation to me, but I won't press the report button for it. To me

looks like: "You've been here a short time, don't appear to be chasing a visa and you have a lot of opinions and know the dynamics of the group quite well." Where did Teddy say you shouldn't be posting?

It almost sounds like someone who has been here for a long time and has an ax to grind.

The meter is running.

I hear the weather forecast is calling for sunshine and clear blue skies over the white sandy beaches of Ankara... It's a great weekend for a break to get away from it all...
