7 A have you ever not filed federal or state,local tax since you became a permanent resident?

how should answer that question ,since I filed late taxes for 2009 and still pending,I had been told that I do not owe any thing ,I did not filed because tax preparer told me that I did not make enough money

24 have ever been charged with committing ,attempting to commit,or assisting in commiting a crime or offense?

I answered the question 23 yes

I have been arrested and the case dismissed

how I should answer this question number 24 part 11

If you were not charged with anything you should answer No to that question. If they charged you with something and later the case was dismissed, you need to answer Yes and then explain it was dismissed after charges were filed. And make sure you have all the supporting evidence to bring to the interview.

7A - so you filed for 2009 but did not file for 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013 due to not making enough money ?

Just answer Yes and add a written statement about not making enough money on a separate paper - make sure you write your A# on the paper and sign it.

24 answers depends on #23. Why were you arrested? was it for committing a crime? If so, answer Yes and again add a written statement.

It's best to have all documentary evidence as suggested by Birdo.
