Ok vj member I am new here. Hope ill get an answer for our issue. My wife applied a crba for our daughter no decision at the intervew. Yet its gonna be now 4 month. By the look of it she satisfied the 5 year residency. Because she showed her old passport with entry/exit stamp on it. The officer asked only for old passport. Didnt ask nothing else. He didnt tell her shes approved or not. The last time she took an appointment at the embassy the office just told her that the because of security reason the crba is getting updated and is being printed in the US. Was that a reason its taking 4 month? Ive seen people getting approved in justa month lately snd getting their crba and passport. Did anyone went through similar situation? Thanks for your answer.
