Hello guys!

My background check is completed and is clear with employment exceptions.I was asked by my new employer to provide proof of employment such as W-2 or Paystubs. My questions are:

1. Are the Income Tax Return Document from the Philippines (BIR form 2316) be accepted since it shows my previous employers and the year it was filed? Some of them are just printed on a white paper and scanned.

2. Some paystubs I had in 2006 were just printed on a white paper. Will this even be acceptable? Some are electronic paystubs though.

3. Does anyone here had hard time getting a job because they could not verify previous employment from their home country?

I really appreciate your opinions!

Thank you in advance!
