Hi

How do I withdraw my application. We received NOA2 and just received a letter from NVC that it was send to the embassy. Should only contact the embassy to withdraw it?

Reason for withdrawal is that I (the fiancee) just signed a contract for a job in the US and it will come with an L1 visa (I have done this job before so not worried that I will not get the workvisa).

Thank you!

The petitioner is the only one who can withdraw the petition.

Petitioner must send a letter to uscis and to the consulate explaining the reason why witdraw the petition.
