They messed up with my kids case....

Hello guys. I wanna know what's going on with NVC. Anyone have similar situation??

My kids got approved before mine was February 28.

But my hubby got only AOS and IV for me, he paid it on April.

But still we haven't get for the kids.

USCIS said, they already sent it to NVC. Coz kids approved two weeks ahead of mine.

Then NVC said, doesn't received them yet... Also they need to have noa2 for proof.

My hubby asked to uscis to reassurance. But they said they can't...!!!

Now we sent copy of NOA 2 for NVC by email.

They took so long to process... It's been 3 months since we got noa2.

Any idea?

Email scans of the approval notices to NVC. They'll get it sorted out and connect the cases but it could take a few weeks.

Your husband should have waited until you had case numbers for everyone to pay the AOS bill. Your husband should call the USCIS, speak to a tier 2 and find out exactly where the cases are and when they were sent. Like pushbrk said, if you've emailed the scans of the NOA2 notices and the USCIS has sent the cases to the NVC, you may have to just wait.

Yeah. My hubby sent scans to them already. We know we just have to wait. It's just feeling stuck.
