Our NOA1 was on 2nd June 2014, and we havent received any news... :( i start to worry looking at the approvals of all of the other members for June filers, and still waiting trying to be positive..

martina.kelly you guys are past the 6 months, as per the USCIS website you can now submit an inquiry! Have you tried calling to speak with a Tier 2 officer? You can also go to your local USCIS office, and make an inquiry there, since you're beyond the 6 months mark you are permitted to make all these inquiries

I hear that even when you go beyond normal processing times that this is no reason for expedited case. REALLY!?!?!? They send you a letter saying: We're working on it. Even when these people don't do their jobs they have no shame in their game to expedite or pull your file. Going on 2 week Christmas holiday in Florida and if no action it's to the Congressman's office as soon as it goes over normal processing time. Since they just moved it up on Dec. 11th it no doubt will take them 2 months to move that up 1 month. It is what it is, and all one can do is keep pounding and praying.
