On June 13, 2014, we received your Form I-129F, Petition for Fiance(E), Receipt Number SRC######, and sent you the receipt notice that describes how we will process your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your receipt notice by July 12, 2014, please call Customer Service at 1-800-375-5283. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

What does it mean ?

Timeline

Guys I got a lot of texts saying that my case was updated. When I check it though I can see my status online saying that my petition was received June 19th and that I will receive a notice about how my petition will be processed. Before the website failure, the last thing that it was saying is that my change of address was received on October 8th. So they are working on my file I guess but did this happen to anyone else before they received an approval/RFE?
