YAY! I didn't get an email or a text like I was supposed to but I just logged in and the petition was approved tonight! My NOA1 was June 10th and I was one that was getting one of the errors when calling so that may actually mean something! :)

My fiancé talked to a tier2 today and the lady was nice and filled an inquiry but she said she couldn't assigned the case to anyone. So I guess this means our case hasn't been in the hands of an adjucator yet. I'm just worried because I have seen many canadians getting approval way after the people filing at the same time and there's a rumour on the Canada forum that they are limiting the amount of K1 from Canada. No idea if it's true or not but that makes me nervous.
