ARE YOU KIDDING ME??

I said, "Well, when WILL I be outside of that time? It's been almost 6 months!" And she said, "Not until the website says one day passed your NOA1 date." Which for us, is June 25th so I can't file an inquiry until the website says June 26.

It's ridiculous, isn't it. When they update the site, they only update to a point 2 months prior. So the November update shows where they supposedly were at the end of September. If they could be a little more current, then they could talk about "one day past". But the updates aren't even remotely near to where they are working. This process keeps serving up the deluxe version of frustration.

I just got done emailing the tsc

Respected Sir/ Madam,
I would like to start off by Thanking you for taking the time to read this email and helping us out. I understand you have a very hectic and busy job and you must go thru a lot of people and emails every day, so once again, Thank You for everything that you do.
I am writing this email to request an inquiry about the I-129F fiance visa that I filed back on June 26 of 2014. I am unable to check the status of my petition online now, for a month. It was recommended to me that I email for a follow up.
When I enter my Case Number it states:
Validation Error(s)
You must correct the following error(s) before proceeding:
  • At this time USCIS cannot provide you with information for your case. Please contact the NCSC 1 (800) 375-5283 for additional information.
When I log in and click the SRC number the page is blank. I am close to approaching the 6 month mark from my NOA1.
I have been trying to contact the NCSC and have spoken to various Tier1 and Tier2 officers but I seem to get different answers everytime. I have been told by the USCIS officers that their database system is also malfunctioning.
My latest call to the NCSC was today 12/03/2014 at 2:00 pm (EST)
My name is XXXXXXX, I am the petitioner and the receipt number for my NOA1 is SRCXXXXXXXXXXX
Today, I spoke with Officer Leslie (Badge# E4013) and requested a service request management tool inquiry number (SRMT#). I was told that they cannot provide me with a SRMT inquiry number and cannot file one as they were experiencing techical difficulties. I also asked to be transfered to a Tier 2 officer and I was on hold for 2 hours and 36 minutes and being utterfly frustrated, had to hang up on the phone call. I understand that the NCSC is a busy center and handles a massive amount of incoming calls and inquiries, however having someone on hold for 2 hours and 36 minutes is simple unacceptable.
I apologise for venting out, but it truely is frustrating when you are trying to gather information and we get none! I plead you to kindly take a look at my case and hopefully provide me with a decision.
Thank you once again for all you do!
Sincerely,

I know we are trying to lighten the mood, but to have a march 21st wedding, I am going to get answers. I also scheduled an appointment with my local field office. the website to do it is infopass.uscis.gov It was given to me by offier leslie whose name i mention in the letter. She was super nice and understanding but we all need answers

wbem: YOu got dat right brother!! I brought that up on my last call. The little girl tried to double talk me and I ate her for lunch. Finally, I explained to her that they would just be easier off if they said they're not moving the processing date because they don't want to deal with those old files or people complaining. Just don't lie to us, and accept responsibility that texas service center just can't deal with what they are dealt with. She got honest and said she didn't know what was going on she was just at a call center and not in texas. Seems that Texas service center is very well insulated from the outside. Giving a strong thought of doing a road trip up to Dallas. My business is slow until next year. Anybody got an address on these clowns? I'll just go on up and start banging on doors.

AverysMom & YamenWaad Congratualtions!!!!!! I haven't logged on in 24 hours and saw that there has been a lot of activity...165 notifications! Well I read a post from someone in October that after creating a second account on USCIS website they suddenly were able to see that their status had changed to APPROVED. No one can say that this did anything but after that I think I made 5 or 6 different accounts! You really have to do whatever makes you feel like you are making progress.

Yes, courthouse ASAP so that we can begin the change of status so that I can put him on my insurance and he can begin working asap. How I am going to afford to support us is a whole other bag of questions and I am hoping VJ has a post entry group therapy page! LOL! I want to plan our wedding ceremony with friends and family after he arrives and settles in a little. We also plan to have a party where my family lives and then return to his country and marry there after he receives his greencard in the US. I think I am actually looking forward to the one in his country the most.

lasiren7174, same here! I stopped thinking about the wedding planning and we are going to go to a court house as soon as we can and then have a small ceremony for about 20 family and friends here in NYC. And then like yourselves, we want to have a traditional wedding in his country. I cannot wait!

Speaking of happier discussions, I have tried numerous time to start the discussion about wedding planning but it always kind of trailed off. Anyone else planning a small wedding in NYC? I got so stressed out with trying to do the wedding in March or April that we now want to do it in June and I am having a difficult time finding a venue that can accomodate a small group, all of a sudden it's like everyone expects you to have a big wedding of at least 100 guests! Blahhhh

Let's talk about wedding planning! :)

I'm all for talking about wedding planning :) It's one of my favourite subjects! December 14th will actually be our one year anniversary since Rick proposed.

We're getting married in Walt Disney World, it's a special place for us because it's where we met and fell in love (We were both working there at the time) We're inviting 60 guests, all of them were advised to keep their summer calendars open for a wedding. We want to get married in the summer of 2015 (anytime between June 29th and August 28th to accommodate my sisters school scheduled) My wedding dress was bought in May, and is currently altered and hanging on my bedroom door, my sisters bridesmaid dresses have been ordered and the alterations are almost dome, the photographer is booked (she understands the situation and is very flexible for the date, since we're having the wedding on a Monday or a Tuesday) My invitations are already picked out, and I have a clear idea of how the day will go. As soon as we have a good enough idea of when I receive my visa, we call Disney to set the wheels in motion (they take care of EVERYTHING, flowers, catering, wedding cake, music, you name it!) we call the photographer to confirm the date, we order the invitations and send them out and BAM the whole thing is planned! We think that we'll be able to do this once we know the interview date (or is it too risky even then... How long does it take between the interview and the receipt of the visa?)

After the wedding, we go on our honeymoon (we're thinking California right now), and when we get home, I file for AOS. Also, since January, I'm working on getting my credentials approved to work as a physical therapist, so hopefully that'll all be done before AOS is completed, that way as soon as I'm allowed to work, I can do the job that I love (which is making people feel better)

Here's one of my favourite pictures of us, taken about 5 minutes after Rick popped the question, please ignore the weird look on my face, I was still shaking like a leaf and in a state of complete shock (even though I knew he'd be popping the question during that 2 week period lol)post-195920-0-26999900-1417660799_thumb.jpg
