Hello All,

I love seeing all of your updates! We are June 25 filers and we still haven't heard anything. But that's to be expected at this point.

I was wondering: Those of you who are looking at a list/chart somewhere and are getting information, where are you seeing this? For example, my fiance is from Costa Rica. How can I see which K-1, June, TSC, filers from Costa Rica have been approved?

Thanks everyone!

I am sorry Yamen, I can't speculate about whats happening other than what i've already told you. Your Batch is 77% complete which means you are part of the 33% of people that have not been worked on. I will pray for your case that it is completed soon! you will be jumping in joy when it gets approved way before me so be happy!

Josh

Where do you see the batches? O.o is it here on visa journey?

I really don't get why some people are so down about all of this. It's just depressing.

First we where all like I hope they start june soon. And all of that. And now that they are doing it's all about when is it my turn maybe they forgot me...

NO PEOPLE. They have started june that's obvious for everyone. We will get our approval soon! Believe in that. We all have waited for this. And please be happy about that we are almost there.

I haven't seen my fiancé in over 11 months. We are as strong as ever. And are beyond happy that our turn is coming up.

Some people will get approved faster then others. But that's just live.

So again be happy be positive. And we will be next.

This too shall pass. Yes. They are working on all of ours. I just received an RFE on Tuesday. I am expecting the information to arrive within a couple days. Hopefully today but Monday or Tuesday or whenever is fine. I am just grateful that they are indeed working on our petition and trust me they are working on others petitions as well. We have all waiting 6 months or so and the next steps for all of us are going to be exciting. This will tell us more or less how long it will be to get moving and finally be reunited with our fiancées. These are happy times. Lord knows I was not expecting anything until after the new year and then boom. Out of the blue comes this RFE. Disappointing, yet exciting. My fiancée doesn't believe it will ever happen. I'm not even telling her. I'm just going to get whatever information I need and surprise her once we get our approval. Sucks that I just started a new job so I won't be able to go down for her interview but it is what it is. Glad that it isn't required that I go down there. I'm actually saving up to have her clothes shipped from there to here and I told her months ago that once we have our approval from the consulate to ship over all bit two weeks with of her belongings. Once the visa is in hand I will be purchasing her flight and then she will be here. Happy times are among us and they too shall be among us all. Be blessed, but more importantly , be patient. Remember, the main point of going through the process is to have your heart with you here so with that being said, be grateful you aren't just filing for him/ her now. This is our time. It's just a matter of when now.

I agree with you it's our turn now

but they started to work in random way, some approvals from the beginning, some from the middle and a few from the tail.

I supposed to be from the beginning group but unfortunately all the cases around me got approved or RFE more than a week ago, my case hasn't been touched yet and I can't check my status on the website.

in some times some cases were left behind (I have no idea why) and because it's a federal agency you're not able to know the reason.

yes it's our time now to get something but waiting (in my case for 172) makes me desperate.

I wish you all a good luck.

Yamen, do yourself the biggest favor and CALL them!!! The timelines are 5 months regardless of what is posted. That's what I did a week ago Friday and on Tuesday I received an RFE. Yes, like I stated before, it was frustrating. But atleast it is being worked on. I believe that you would get an answer if you called. Maybe not over the phone but within a week. Try that. Can't hurt. Anything is better than not knowing. Keep is posted.
