We have the same NOA1 date, no news here either : (

It's thanksgiving week so I doubt there will be many approvals this week, many USCIS employees will probably be traveling home for the holidays. On that note, happy Thanksgiving in advance everyone. It's a frustrating time, but I hope we all have a nice holiday anyway, USCIS employees included.

I just did a search for federal holidays, meaning when government offices will be closed, and apparently only Thursday (Thanksgiving Day) is when they'll be closed. Technically, they should be working today, tomorrow and Friday. I'm sure a lot of people take days off, but some people will be working and hopefully processing some of our applications.

One thing that I keep thinking to keep me sane is that this will be the last Thanksgiving I EVER have to celebrate without my better half. Doesn't help now, I know, but next year we can look back and see it was all worth it.

This is me trying to stay positive.

June Filers,

Yesterday was a relatively productive day for TSC as they approved and RFE most of the June 12th NOA1 Batch. Sorry for not being able to post more updates but since USCIS updated their website i've been having lots of problems with my Program/script. Here are the latest findings as of this morning.

Latest Touched File: src1490304759 RFE: 11/24/2014
Latest Approved File: src1490295095 Approval: 11/24/2014
Files approved from 10-1 to 10-19: 16
Mean approval time: 123 Days
Files approved from 10-20 to 10-31: 40
Mean approval time: 134 Days
Files approved on 11-1 to 11-4: 8
Mean approval time: 138 Days
Files approved on 11-12 to 11-14: 16
Mean approval time: 154 Days
Files approved on 11-15 to 11-19: 8
Mean approval time: 160 Days
Files approved on 11-20 to 11-24: 25
Mean approval time: 166 Days
Approval times are increasing we are now at 166 days for June filers. This means that the people who have been recently approved they have waited on average 5 and a half months for NOA2.
Keep up the faith, we will get a break soon.
Blessings,
Josh

so the holidays will start tomorrow and we have to wait for another week

waiting kills

It is what it is. When I started the process normal waiting time was 5.9 months so I am not going to stress myself out before middle of December. I do understand your frustration, anger and difficult situation but lack of patience will get you nowhere. This is a long process and it doesn't end with receiving noa 2. Even if you get your noa 2 you will find a reason to worry about something else e.g. nvc, embassy appointment etc etc. All of us is very anxious but we need to trust God, stay positive and support each other. Have your fiancee call tier 2 again ask him/her to be transferred to your case worker if he/she won't be able to answer her questions. Don't give up.You guys are closer than you think!!!

June Filers,

Forgot to include the Batch process.

if your NOA1 is close to around those Batch dates you can see what is the completness pct and attempt to estimate when you will receive a noa2.

Your Brother in Christ,

Josh

thanks for supporting

my fiancee tried more than once to contact with tier 2 and they were always negative, perhaps getting noa2 will help a lot to get rid of some tension

good luck for you
