I called USCIS today, the first person that answered said that I cant give you a status on our end as we are having technical difficulties and that I should call them back in 2 hours, I was kind and polite (something I learned being in the car business that helps when trying to see if people will say yes to buying a car from you) that I could not access the system myself and that I would be greatful if someone can shed some light on my status. She said, I cant help you with this but let me transfer you to my supervisor that has access to a different system. I didnt even have to ask for a Tier 2 officer. Usually the wait time for a tier 2 officer is between 15-20 mins but I have no clue how I got thru to one in 5 minutes. At that point the guy on the other end of the line introduced himself as "Officer Nelson" he asked me to verify a lot of info and then told me that the case is pending review, I told him that I understand that but I wanted to know as to why my case had not been touched yet, given that its almost 5 months now where as the CSC is approving people in time frames of less than 15 days. He had no answer. He said, let me do some digging around, put me on hold and after about 5 minutes came back on the line. He goes, "well sir you are not at CSC, tough luck but your processing might take upto 90 days more as we are still processing only april applications, so kindly do not bother to call for another 90 days if you dont recieve your NOA2. I still insisted that he give me a time frame but he just hung up! So oh well, USCIS is so freakin screwd up that they dont want to help their own people who are going thru legal and proper channels to bring their loved ones over here!

The wait is killing me!

90 days more? :ranting::cry: I don't understand why they refuse to admit that they are already working on June applications?

The wait is killing me!

Sorry to hear that and definitely when he say he was going to do some digging around he probably went somewhere to get a coffee or chit chat! It's upsetting to see how they can play with our emotions in such a critical situation. 90 DAYS? Sorry again, but I am sure he got this number out of his own because it doesn't make any sense for a June Petition. If as of September 30th the last petition they approved was April 5th so it would take almost 5 months to get to June applications? Woow, it would make me think they are not working at all there.

I know the waiting is awful but we need to have in mind that TSC is experiencing a process delay and their National Goal before was 5.9 months, and I would say we shouldn't keep our focus on 4-5 months approval. I don't know if it's just me but when I started this process I tried to keep the worst case scenario processing time and that's why I planned my entry in the States by April, 2015th (Now I have the feeling it was not a worse case scenario choice but most likely the normal processing time considering the NVC and Embassy stage).

I know this process seems very unfair but we made this choice and unless we don't make our own effort to change we will have to live with it. PS: Some will say ''Ohh, but this person applied after me and got their approval'', 'Ohh the 10000000 petitions from the Philippines'', yeah, everybody knows about it and I am sorry for what I am about to say: Sometimes all the whining doesn't help at this point, let's try to focus on who's wrong (TSC) and not getting mad at the lucky ones who get their fast approvals (It is not their fault). I don't know why people have the need to go to every damn post to say ''Life is not fair'', ''I hate TSC'', ''Lazy a**ho***'' and blah blah blah. When I read some of the posts I tell to myself: Dang, this person must spend half of his/her day whining like a baby, don't they have a job or a house to clean? Sorry, I had to let it go guys!

I agree!! Someone who is really good at writing a letter. Should write one for us all. To rewrite to our own situation. And we should all send mass emails to the same person. At Texas. ??

Mar. 21, 2018: Received NOA

Start the petition and we can all spread it via social media sites for signitures

ohhhh I thought you meant there was already a petition there that needed signatures. For these petitions to get to the white house you need some crazy number of signatures, I remember people were talking about this back in July. I think it's like 1500? For some reason I have that number in my mind but I could be very wrong
