#######. My mind is blown.

Someone at CSC got approved in 14 days. And we wait 5+ months.

Are they really that blind to see that it's not right?

They treat us in such a wrong way. And there is nothing we can do about it. It's just not fair.

Stupid @$&holes. ?

Feb.23,2018: Mailed I-751 to CSC

Mar. 21, 2018: Received NOA

April.6,2018: Received extension letter

April.24,2018: Waived Biometrics

Is it just me, or the only thing coming out of TSC is the Philippines? ?

My fiance told me that there is a huge military base in Philippines and the US has special relationship with them so that's why they get approved so quickly. Hurricane has nothing really to do with speading up the process.

June filers,

The reason i provided my findings was to give you hope that we will catch a break soon. My heart breaks to hear about some of the situations some of you have to go through while we wait for USCIS. Putting our trust in the Lord first might be the hardest thing we do but i believe the best thing we do. at the end of the day i can bore all of you with my analytics and TSC can just move all June filers to California... who knows they are crazy!

My Analysis is simple.

1- i built a program that generated SRC "receipt numbers" then check those against the website to see their status. I was able to do this until the website went down.

2- i am left with a massive spreadsheet of i129f applications from which i utilize techniques to analyze and arrive to the conclusions i have previously posted.

3- my analysis is limited between 1 NOA1 dates, 5/30/2014 and 6/25/2014. If you are beyond 6/25/2014 NOA1 do not expect your NOA2 in anything less than a month.

My findings:

1- TSC is crazy, they just do as they do in order to do what they need to do /are told. Essentially there is hardly any patterns to the way they work the files

2- the only patterns i believe to be military/filipino, extraordinary circumstances and "IN" expedites (you know someone we don't ;) ) these get worked on 1, 2 and 3 month batches.

3- for the rest of us we fall into two buckets, RFEs and "OK pending". RFEs are sent and placed in "Hold" as they continue to work on the rest. I have seen completely untouched in contiguous sequences being disregarded. I believe they work in batches so they need to get fairly done with one before moving on to the next.

4- Read my previous posts and it will all make sense!

I will continue to pray for all of you guys and TSC!

Your brother in Christ,

Josh

I know u all are frustrated. Me too. I am 35 weeks pregnant and I really thought my fiancée would be here b4 baby birth. It's sad he won't get to be I'm room when his first child is born or to help me with the newborn baby as I am full time nursing student. Baby not something we planned but we are happy for baby just sad he is not here.

So trust me the wait is hard for all of us, at least your not going to have a baby without your loved one there. Anyways all this error stuff is confusing and john bless him, but I don't understand his data. Any suggestions as I hit my five month mark this week src-------641

Do those numbers have any significance?

Ps if u guys had to estimate how long until my fiancée is here based off of being June 12th filer, do u think by jan or feb he could be in USA? I know he will miss to meet the baby

Thank u

My heart breaks for you guys, but i hope you get approved soon I i will keep you and your fiancee in my prayers.

here is a rough estimate. if you have a NOA of 6/12 then i believe (i need the last 6 of your src to be more accurate) you will get a NOA2 within the next 2 weeks. As long as TSC continues to do what they have been doing.

so say you get the NOA2 in two weeks and based on VJ NVC trends and your country Gambia (N: 2 Mean:20 days) then you should get the visa before the end of January.

This is a very very rough estimate based on past performance, and not a guarantee.

Probably the only guarantee that i can give you is this:

1 Peter 1:7
These have come so that your faith--of greater worth than gold, which perishes even though refined by fire--may be proved genuine and may result in praise, glory and honor when Jesus Christ is revealed.
when faith and patience are tried, regardless of the pain can be the most valuable things we ever experience
Your Brother in Christ,
Josh

Yeah your receipt number is on my list you got about 1.5-2 weeks before approval. Might be sooner if TSC rallies to complete additional files towards the end of the month (they did this last month).

I was distracted too and well the fact that i do Analytics for a living motivated me to figure out the craziness of the TSC. I hope my data helps you guys with the anxiety and gives you hope.

you're not alone

the same boat

we've thried many times to create an account or to check our said case on USCIS website but all the trails went in vain, so we called them to investigate about this ERROR PROBLEM and they said it's a technical problem and will be solved soon, so we've been waiting since November 7th and nothing's solved.

thanks! that makes me feel somewhat better :-)

Always makes me feel so stupid when I cant get computer stuff to work, that should working!!! :-D

Thats what it means.

You have to enter while it is still valid, and then once you enter you have 90 days to get married (and file for AOS, because otherwise the K-1 holder is out of status)

Someone correct me if I am wrong, but thats what I understood :-)

Did you check the K-1 guide?

We are September filers, beneficiary country Belarus. Just received a slew of mobile and email alerts. Signed into uscis.gov account and was amazed to see our case was now visible and updated. So for what its worth, and to whomever is tracking and calculating these updates....here you go. SRC1490428227 was by our guesstimations partially processed and now process suspended.

As for the RFE, the description seems very generic/nonspecific as to what information will be requested. Based on the SME experiance on VJ, what is typically requested? I thought we were very thorough and even provided information above and beyond what was requested. smh. As someone mentioned before, I reckon this is progress.

Request for Additional Evidence Notice Was Mailed

On November 19, 2014, we suspended processing of your Form I-129F, Petition for Fiance(E), Receipt Number SRC1490428227, because we need more information from you. Your notice explains what we need from you to resume working on your case. We will not take action on your case until we receive the evidence or the deadline to submit it expires. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your request for additional evidence notice by December 19, 2014, please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request a copy of the notice.
