You guys are getting me worried with the receipt number. I see people with noa1 with numbers : 300425 and i'm only a week later and my number is 310... it seems like a pretty big difference. I feel like i'll be waiting forever!! Someone have a similar number to mine (NOA1 JUNE19TH)

Mine isn't simialr but I'm 0313 (June 24) so I think the difference isn't as much as it sounds. They just get that many applications.

Based on my Data if your receipt number is src1490299314 you have about (85) i-129f applications in front of you.

you wont be waiting for ever read my previous posts, i think you are less than 2 weeks from NOA2.

PS: as an example... SRCs from src1490300310 to src1490300315 does not mean that there are 5 i-129F applications in front of you. It means that texas has received 5 different applications of any kind.

with that SRC you have about 500 i-129f Cases in front of you. you are actually close to my receipt number i too have a June 24th NOA1.

I am estimating that we would receive a NOA2 sometime before December 2nd.

that is if the TSC continues to do what they have been doing. We both know that is not always the case. until then refer to my batch list that i posted.

And to answer your question, i am a data scientist i developed a program that was scanning the website for updates on a range of almost 2000 cases to try to see what the status of each one was. after that i use some analytic toolls to try to estimate watermarks (where TSC currently is) and the average times.

Wow i got my noa1 june 18

And my number is 3078...

means they had around 4000 cases in 1 day..

Or am i wrong..

And another question are we supposed to go by the noa1 date or the date your alien number changed for the 5 month 'countdown'

Feb.23,2018: Mailed I-751 to CSC

Mar. 21, 2018: Received NOA

April.6,2018: Received extension letter

April.24,2018: Waived Biometrics

NOA1 is the most significant variable in a Gini variance analysis when the dependent variable is approval.

basically mumbojumbo to say go off the NOA1 date sent is meaningless as they process in batches.

Date sent determines your batch date and receipt number but you could be out of order within the batch.

A friend of mine used to always say... you can't explain stupid. This is the case of TSC. based on what i can see from the data i imagine containers with our files divided by RFE, Ok-Pending Approval, Approved. These bins are worked on in batches as their workforce goes from application type to application type for example every week 3 days out of the week they process i-129fs ok-pending approvals, then the next day RFEs, then the next day work ahead on expedited files, etc. TSC processes many different types of immigration requests as well.

to answer your question SRC ending in 3078 is actually on my list and part of my estimated June 17th-18th Batch. this means you got about 120 Fiancee applications in front of you with an estimated NOA2 of about 1.5 to 2 weeks. maybe less i can't account for the mindless decisions to move files to another location or dedicating more staff to work on these apps towards the end of the month. I have seen both situations take place last month for May NOA1s.

Hope this helps,

I will continue to pray for you guys

your brother in Christ,

Josh

Wow, 5 months tomorrow and I was recently told by a nice VJ member and just saw Josh1987 post that I could get expedite since my fiancé is in the Military and active duty. It is funny because I kinda checked the requirements and I thought we didn't fit any of them! Confused now!
