JUNE 2014 filers - TEXAS SERVICE CENTER

My fiance called yesterday and spoke to tier 2 and since there is nothing wrong with our case he presumes that we should get our noa2 by the end of this month or at the latest in December. He tried to reach out our case worker but with no success :( Also suggested to write a letter to TSC or to make an infopass appointment. I think I will be OK to wait 2 more weeks or so but after that I will make him to call every day and be a pain in someone's #######.

IN USA peopel are working very hard, either it is a goverment agency or private owner, just to pay there bills, work force is very high, they are issuing the visa to the whole world every singel day, because of high visa demand from some countries it takes much longer than others, it can take longer but there system do not forget anybody no matter where you applying from. at the same time they keep every singel record of good and bad communication.

those working in office have lot of stress becuse of e mail or too much phone call they can put everything just on hold just like that, and you will not know why is not working.

this is my thought i dont know if it is wrong or right.

I contacted my Congressman, this was the response his assistant replied back to me:

According to the USCIS November 10, 2014 processing chart, our office is currently processing ones that were filed on 4/5/14 at this time. This petition was filed on 6/17/14 is still pending for review at this time.

We hope this information is helpful. If we may be of further assistance, please let us know.

They arent as far behind as they have been in the last few months. I would give them another 30-45 days to get to the date of his case. If you have not heard anything in that time, I can check in again with USCIS. I hope this helps.

UGH.

The total amount of days from the date I mailed in our K1 Visa application to the day my fiancé stepped foot into the USA:

1 year, 3 months and 8 days.

The amount of days from the date we mailed in our AOS to the date everything was approved (after 3 RFEs):

7 months & 5 days

Which makes our journey a total of:

2 years, 3 months, and 8 days

What part of DR? I usually hang out in La Vega area.

Plan to drive to Punta Cana, Sosua and Santo Domingo on my (hopefully final) trip there. :)

We have our home in Punta Cana, very beautiful area! I love the diversity. I've never been to La Vega but I've been to other parts of the country, definitely happy to have DR as my second home.

Well Josh the reason that the numbers are rising is that all of the california transfers are done. When they sent a bunch over there it was to skew the numbers downward. Now they are sitting in Texas gathering dust and the mean approval time is rising. Before this the mean approval time for Texas service center was over 170 days. Without any transfers just get hunkered down for at least a 6 month wait.

Probably so. My program basically says 6/11/2014 -6/14/2014 NOA1s are being worked on as we speak i am very confident of this statistic.

However another fact based on my data, TSC seems to work I-129Fs in Batches.

This means that they literally have a day where they work the majority of RFEs, then on a different day they work ahead on the expedited files, then on another day regular files. From what I've seen they do 3 days of one of each then 2 days off. A 3 day work week.... hmm sounds just like our government... lol maybe they focus on other file types...

basically this disproves the fact "they work the files in the order they received them", well lies, lies just lies.

But if they're not working in order, how can we be certain what days they're working on? We know that they are not since they seem to be hopping and skipping all over June. Some June filers have passed their NOA1 dates and we have been passed ours for a week today. It would seem that they would get theirs first. On the other hand, your model does seem to make sense. . .

They are absolutely not working in order. Based on my data i show how they skip 3-5 files sometimes and keep working up the chain. now this is in addition to skipping way WAY into the future for what i believe to be military petitioners, extraordinary circumstances - Expedited files.

Here is a good example.

From SRC1490293937 to SRC149029403 (which is where i believe the waterline is) there are 42 i-129f files that have been touched in one way or the other, approvals, RFEs etc.

BUT, there is a large amount of files in the sequence (src1490292098 to src1490292196) that are untouched. No approval not even an RFE that are before the SRC1490293937 to SRC149029403 sequence.

TSC has some random procedures that my program has just begun to estimate.

Running through all my data today and they haven't touched a file on my list: they must be working on RFEs today or expedited cases 1 or 2 month expedites way way into the future.

read my previous posts about this process.

Last touched file that i can see in my sequence is src1490286412 which was an RFE with an NOA1 of 5/30/2014.

as you can see its taken this guy that long to get an RFE and his approval could come in another 3 weeks. that would put him at 6+ months. keep in mind that this could just be the applicants fault.

Josh

We are 300425 (June 11 batch). There is a chain right before us 300418-424 that are K1s. One of the CR1s, I think 417 has been approved recently and another K1 had their ARN changed. The farthest back I was able to find another K1 was 300370 or 360 I believe. Most of what I've seen approved has been EAD, Travel Docs, and AOS. . . .

yeah my program has a gap between the src1490299314 and src1490303997 because that is the sequence my program was running through when the website completely changed.

regardless we are not even there yet.... so it doesn't affect my calculations

there are hundreds more applications with NOA1 earlier than yours that are yet to be complete.

Based on my estimations src1490293999 is where the normal file watermark is.

we are looking at near to 6 month NOA2 times.

I hope this helps.
