That's odd. We are over 5 months and we tried to file an inquiry and they told us we were in normal processing times and expect to wait up to another 3 months. Perhaps we should try again . . .

Sometimes it's luck of the draw on who you get. I bet both of the reps had no idea and made up some arbitrary number for you guys.

I just called USCIS and what they told me made no sense. First they checked my file date and she confirmed that it has been over 5 months. Then she saw that they were filing applications from April and somehow that made my application received on June 9 not outside of the window. I explained that it made no sense for her to confirm that I had been waiting 5 months and then to tell me that since they are only on April I need to wait until they pass my date in order to be outside of the normal window. She told me that until they pass applications from 6/9, I cannot file a service inquiry about my case. They she told me I could make an appointment with an immigration officer for further information. When I went onto the website to make an appointment I had to select the type of appointment and there isn't anything for further information without needing some type of receipt #. Ay dios mio! What a circus! I explained to the lady at USCIS that there are people in June, July and August all at the TSC that have already been approved but she just kept apologizing. Grrrrrrr......

I keep calling USCIS like a fool and not a damn thing has changed in the information they keep giving. It is absolutely ludicrous they keep pushing this April 5 date knowing darn well they have processed more applications than that since September. But like a fool I keep calling back. . .

This place is a mess.....

I just called, talk to a Customer service agent who said she couldnt transfer me to a tiers2 agent due to High volume of calls and to call back in 2hours. We reach our NOA1 date today and i'm gonna keep calling every single day until we hear something. Those people are clearly messing with us, it's not normal we hear all kind of different informations from the same place....

June filers:

I've been keeping a massive spreadsheet/script that goes all the way back to the most recently worked/touched/approved/RFEd applications. Before the website went down I wrote a program (I am a Data Scientist) to pull all Fiancee Visa SRC numbers from the website since src1490285496 all the way to src1490313455.

I was also updating this data every other day.

Here is what you need to know:

1- Last June Approval: To the extent of my findings, src1490292138 was the last approved June I-129F out of Texas NOA 1 was 6/12/2014. The wait time on this application was 153 Days.

2- About the USCIS Error: Seems like the new website update only has data for applications that have been approved or have been RFEd, no correlation between the error message and getting an approval. What people are using to support this claim is a function of the issue itself. No information in the database before being approved = error, getting approved based on whatever TSC procedures are = Database update = no error.

3- Philippines Applications: the infamous shorter than usual wait times is absolutely true. If you were to look at my database you can see how TSC goes way into the future to approve expedites in the following way:

- 1 month expedites

- 2 month expedites

- 3 month expedites

To be honest IMO the Philippines approvals correlate to the military presence in that country and likelihood of petitioner being in active duty. Military duty petitioners will get expedited, as THEY SHOULD.

4- RFEs: occur Around filing date or close to approval time. On average within 3 weeks of either one.

Sample Statistics in Days:
Approval Count: 176
Mean approval Time: 92.48
Mean approval time (Removing Expedited): 122.42
Mean approval time (NOA=6/1/14-6/19/14): 121.75
Mean approval time (NOA=>6/19/14): 127.54
Approval Time last Application(src1490292138) :153
As you guys can see the approval seems to be trending higher this means that even though the Mean approval without expedite is 122 days it just seems to be trending higher and higher. My estimate is that we are going to see it go to 6 months before we get approvals.
Once The website gets fixed i'll write another program to get better updates on my data.
I know this is hard, look at me... writing software to alleviate my anxiety. I just pray for each and everyone of you for our Lord Jesus to bring peace into our hearts so that we are not so burdened with anxiety and that we can get some approvals!
I know its hard, I honestly don't know what to do anymore but I feel as if God is giving us an opportunity to learn patience, something that i know we will definitely use when we are married ! :D. Regardless of our dire situation right now, we are truly blessed. Our Wives/husbands will come to this country with every opportunity to achieve their dreams and not be burdened with the fear of being an illegal.
I encourage of all of us keep on the faith, be thankful for what we do have pray for TSC and stay strong. we will get through this soon!
