The fact that it's working for others doesn't benefit me. It's still not working for me. So frustrating.

Still happy they are working on June although it's really slow.

It may actually be to your benefit that you are getting that message believe it or not. Give it 2 weeks and you'll probably see an approval or RFE.

Agreed! It's bad enough that they are so slow but now we cant even check our status. I also haven't been able to access my account for almost a week. Just keep getting the same error message.

I'm actually jealous of you guys. I can still check mine. lol

After some Googling many people who have received that message received approvals or RFE requests soon after. I'm a June 12 filer so I am in the same time frame as you guys. It seems unrelated to the website upgrade.

I'd rather get that error message as it adds the littlest ounce of hope that the case is being touched.

I'm seriously hoping that the error message is a good sign as I'm still getting it as well!

so an error message can be a good sign and not just something random?

Who knows for sure, but when I googled the number and error message, almost every post says they received either an approval or RFE soon after.

Google it. http://tinyurl.com/uscisgoogle

Has anyone called the number to see what they say? I almost feel like calling for the heck of it.

My fiancee called them an hour ago, the tier2 told her that they're working on April files

so we have to wait for 2 more months :(

That's a lie. People from June are getting approved. They only tell you they're on april because that's what the chart on their website allows the public to see. Besides, that's as of September 30th. They are past April but they only update what they completed the full month before.

Hope that made sense

Have you tried filling out a status inquiry about your case? It says not to until your 6 months are up but in your case, you're almost there so you could try.

we tried 4 days ago and TSC told us we have to wait for 5,9 months which means 6 months

it's frustrating without any clue

I called four times today and got four different responses. The most recent response there is absolutely nothing they can do until the website is updated. So I asked if you can't even show our current status, how are we going to know if we've been approved? And the supervisor said I don't have an answer for you, we just handle basic questions and tell you what your online status says.
