KAY & JAY,

Where do you get the service request? Is that when you called USCIS? I am approaching my 5 month date and want to send my letters on Wednesday to arrive by Friday. So that when I call on Friday I can also let them know that I have contacted my congressmen.

Thanks for any advice :)

you call the number on your noa1 800-375-5283. Not to rain on the parade, but better sit back and relax people. If you look at what Texas center did this last week, they are slowing to a crawl. They did 15 petitions this week, of which 8 of them were expedites. That means 7 for April, May, and June filers. Those are the numbers from Igor's list.

Wow, that's appalling. I think we also have to take into account people that applied that don't have timelines on VJ. There could be way more approvals that we just don't know about.

This is me trying to be optimistic.

Hey Guys, I have a stupid question.

I got my noa2 email and hard copy. I was wondering how I will know that the process has moved to the NVC and then left there. Will I get notices too from the uscis website?

How about with packet 3 and 4, when they get sent, how will I know? Or will I just know when they arrive?

I (the beneficiary) moved during this long process and will need to keep going to my old address when it's around the time to get the mail from the consulate here. I did not find a way to change my address. I read some people talking about a tracking number on another topic, though. That would make my life easier.

I appreciate the help and my fingers are crossed to fellow June filers! It won't be long now!

I don't wanna speak for everyone here, but I'm not sure enough of us in this group have gotten an NO2 yet to be able to help you properly. And if they have, it's new to them too. Maybe check on another thread? Sorry I couldn't be much help! Good luck!
