There has been progress all around mine too, but most of it in June, and August and some in October. I don't think they number them in the order received because it makes no sense. A case 5 spaces behind me is also still in initial review, but those 5 before and 5 after already been decided. Also they aren't all K1 visas either. I'm just gonna give up trying to make sense of what these people are doing over there *sigh*

We are still waiting for our NOA2 also. I called the Customer Service phone number and was told that the Texas Service Center is just now processing the April Filings, so we may be as much as two more months out. However we filed, and got approved for, a DS-160 tourist visa so my wife is coming for a visit from the end of November until January.

Just noticed this was a K1 thread. We filed the I-130.....

Here it says Texas is processing March K1 Visas... guess we still have some time to wait.

So we're supposed to get married in April 2015 here in NYC.....do you guys think I should change the date? So far the only thing booked is the officiant who said he is flexible but now I don't know what to do.....

I think they "under promise, over deliver" because they are absolutely working on June filers, albeit not at an ideal pace but it is still happening. The SRC numbers that are K-1 related around mine were also June filers as I've been keeping track from the very beginning as a previous poster in another thread suggested doing. I believe the SRC numbers we are assigned are in order, however, they aren't necessarily processed in order. Two numbers before mine received their NOA2 however filers about thirty numbers before them are still on "initial review".

Dohan, I am planning on Getting married on March 21, I am in the same boat and worried about where this is goin to go! Hopefully we will all know soon! I am keeping my fingers crossed for everyone!

Youre not alone guys. June 24th still in initial review even if they don't file in order. I plan on calling USCIS the minute my 5 month mark hits. I refuse to get off the phone until someone gives me some information and doesn't just refer me to the website. It seems like you really have to be annoying in order to get through to these people.

Our timelines are really close! My NOA1 was a day after yours, so I'm also waiting for the 5 month mark, but it's like 2 days before Thanksgiving so I bet they will get too lazy. Stupid question, which number do we call to reach USCIS? And is it true that 7 am is best time to call, or am I confusing this with the NVC?

I usually just call the customer service center on their website. It all depends on who you get. I called once in August and I got a bitter man who acted like I was bothering him. I called about a month ago and was told I can't call until my 5 months are up because I am still in normal processing time. The second time it was a nicer woman but she did not give me any information that I did not already know. However, I have been reading on here that when you call,you're supposed to ask for a tier 2 officer and they can assist you better. I am not sure which time is the best to call. I just know that no matter what time I call, the next time I better get a better answer than "we are processing march 4th".
