Look, we all know the discrepancies between TSC and VAC are total BS. Instead of acting a fool with one another over an issue we can't control, we need to focus on the long run and continuing to encourage each. Truth be told none of are really going to be screaming and hollering about immigration once each of us get our approvals and visas. I remember one annoying April filer whined nearly everyday about how unfair the system was. I haven't seen her since she got her approval. Please stop the madness and bickering.

Personally I keep most my opinions to myself since moderates don't seen to think we are adults capable of freedom of express without threats. This is frustrating process so we should be allowed to vent. But arguing about who has the worst wait doesn't contribute to much to further the process.

By the way, any Philippines filers, I think it's time to start your own thread. You guys have the most filers of any country in the world, you are automatically expedited due to a typhoon that took place a year ago, and you guys seen to dominate the threads that seem to irk other filers in other ways that can't expressed thanks to moderators quickly shutting down any thing that could be decribed as negative toward the feelings of other posters. You guys unwittingly create false hope when you post that you have an approval. It is what it is. While you're welcome to post about your personal journey, just be mindful of the backlash you may receive or create when it's been stated time and again that you guys are expedited. It's almost disrespect to say to people who have wait even longer and with uncertainty that you got yours relatively quickly. I'm not saying stop posting but I am saying for the sake of peace be mindful of what you post in relative towards your approval. . .

You don't have to be Dohan. You are past your adjudicated timeline date already. Look at your timeline. If you call uscis and raise enough beef like I just did I'm sure you will get an expedited number like I just did. The agent called the Texas Center and I was on hold a few minutes. My new expedited number looks like this: T-1E ten numbers then TSC I have a funny feeling the E in the number means expedite and from TSC at the end. You can sit patiently or you can demand serivce like what California people get. I'm not a second class citizen. I've waited patiently for 5 months. I only deserve what other people are getting like in California Service Center.

Yeah you right I'm waiting for my service request answer after that if I don't get an approval will contact my congressman t 5 months exactly I want someone to get me approved. My 5 months frame will be in 10days.

Congrats on the approval but you really should note that your case is a Philippine one. Otherwise you just give a big false signal to everyone else who checks this thing every day hoping for a June approval. Probably wasn't on purpose but you have a lot of anxious people on here.

I am a July filer so I'm watching June closely. I think it's funny there is a thread now that explicitly is for "July TSC Non-Philippine"

I think every monthly thread should have a Non-Philippine and Inclusive-Philippine thread, all it does is cause frustration and bitterness.

And there are people here, including myself, who are bringing people over who aren't living in ideal conditions as well. Haiti in particular was hit way worse and they aren't getting anything.

The extension was only supposed to be until March 2014 - and there has been a lot rebuilt in the Philippines already.

It's completely unacceptable at this point. Are we supposed to wait an entire year because the TSC hasn't gotten the memo to start working on other cases?

Because guys, I honestly believe none of us will be with our SO until Spring 2015 or even Summer at this point and it's completely unfair to everyone else.

It would probably be faster for our SO's to get Philippine citizenship first then bring them here.

Ok June filers I just finished a good call with USCIS. They told me that they are now processing NOA1's from March 4th. Since my application was 5 months old and I raised some serious hell with them I am now in for expedited service. I was given an expedited number, and told my application now will be processed within 30 days, and I should receive something in the mail within a week or so. Don't sit there and take the ###### anymore June filers. There is no reason that people in the California service center should get noa2's 4 to 6 months faster than us. I'm not a second class citizen, and neither are any of you. Call uscis get someone on the line and raise hell. Squeaky wheels get grease.

What number can I call and exactly who do I ask to speak to?

I did not mean to upset anyone here when I posted that we were approved. Not that you care, I just thought i'd let you guys know and maybe a cheer up that they are now working on June filers. Some may find it insensitive but I had no intention of such whatsoever. I never thought it would get negative reactions from some of you here.

Good luck, everyone!

I hope this reflects the feelings of everyone else on here. It isn't you (or anyone else with a fiance in the Philippines) with whom people are getting upset, but rather, it was a vent for our frustrations for a system that processes people differently, yet tries to suggest we are all treated the same way. We understand that you don't have any more control over it than we do. The same goes for those who file at CSC vs TSC. Again, none of us have a choice.

The poster who suggested a designated thread for 'non Philippine' filers hit on a good idea. There really should be a dedicated thread for each month for those from the Philippines, and two for those who are not: one for TSC and one for CSC filers.

Nothing in any of my posts was directed at you personally, and if it came across that way, it was not my intention. Congratulations on your approval. :)

There should be a way to filter out Philippine posters. Seriously. All of the Philippine threads have a similar pattern, with the same mannerisms. I wouldn't be surprised if everyone was being trolled.

Why should anyone be filtered out? Because people can't handle that someone else got approved and actually be happy for them? Life is not fair, tough cookies. Seriously ya'll this is not freaking high school. We are all adults working hard on building families. Focus on that, focus on your loved ones, and stop spitting bile at the people who got approved before you. If you can't control something, and feel helpless, do something about that which you CAN control. Call your congressmen/women, call USCIS, but stop wasting your cyber breath shouting at others. Think about how much more effective you would have been if instead of sitting in front of your computer and being jealous and mean and writing useless stuff, you would get on the phone and get in touch with the powers that be that actually DO have control over your files.

And how does it help to belittle people who speak up? The Philippine expedites should have ended already, and work should be moved on in the order they were received.

Last I checked, our money is all the same, and we are paying for a service. When we don't get that service, there is a fundamental problem. Fact is, there are a lot of people here who would like to speak up but are afraid of being belittled because they don't have a place to vent their frustrations. I didn't join this forum to put on a veil of "Mr. Nice Guy who has to be nice all the time." No, I joined up to vent, and have an outlet where others can be free to vent their frustrations as well.

Good for you that you can wait and be happy and sit idle while the TSC pretty much screws you, but don't ask others to be happy as well.

We all paid good money for a service, and right now, there is NO service. In any other industry, there would be hell to pay.

Dohan, it's not personal. They need to be given separate threads. It's not a blame game and has nothing to do with being happy for anyone.

I did not think the above post was spitting bile. The poster was stating facts. The issue is less one of people being personal and more an issue of others taking things personally.

And telling people to relax, calm down, be patient and be happy for others is not helpful when you are sitting waiting and months go by where you are apart from your fiance. Some filers are not in a hurry. Others have our lives on hold while we wait.

And yes, the expedites should have ended in March and were never intended to apply to K1 visas.

Your self righteous sermon has been noted. Thank you for your input.

I think you're reaching now. It's one thing to be irritated with the government for continuing to expedite the Philippines and they come on a common thread and describe their joy while the rest of us have to keep waiting. It's totally different when you make a witch hunt against them because get the service we all deserve. You have a right to vent but attacking them in place of the real aholes who created this mess is childish.

No one is trying to be self righteous, I just think this process is messed up enough without needing for us to get all childish. We are all in a damn hurry to start our lives, but singling out applicants who have NO power over USCIS does NOTHING. Like tell me one damn thing any of us have accomplished by arguing over this nonsense and bitching and moaning that it's not fair? NOTHING.

Complain to USCIS, the louder and more we complain to them, and our government, the more likelyhood that this shitty process might improve. Stomping our feet and blaming applicants who already got approved, does NOTHING.

You seem to be missing the point. Nobody is attacking anyone personally. This shouldn't even be an argument to begin with. It became and 'argument' (if that's what you want to call it) when you assumed that someone's observations were a personal attack.

As I think has already been said.. there is another thread for July filers which is TSC non Philippines... I can tell you as not being in either of those categories it is a lot more useful and 'comfortable' to read that one because like it or not... these fast approvals are damaging to other TSC filers. We can't rely on the VJ timelines because so many people think because they sent their papers to Texas that they are TSC.... so automatically the figures are skewed and give false hope. I have been in this process a very long time and it has become a real struggle at this point. To have 2 week or 2 month approvals thrown in the mix is a real slap in the face. Admittedly no fault of those couples whatsoever that this is the effect. It just makes sense to have a thread that covers realistic timeframes and general info.

And yes... I keep busy, I go running, I have taken on extra study... I try not to think or talk about this too much to anyone not involved... but really? It is constantly on my mind.

Who needs to beat themselves up day after day by reading fast tracked results which will never be relevant?

Mar 2011 - After 5mths denied for lost docs - Attempts to follow up failed. Mar 18 2012 - I-129F sent - No sign of NOA1 but they have banked the check...Jul 24 - Update - USCIS has located our file
Infopass Apt - they sorted through everything - our 2011 and 2012 file keep getting mixed up - getting us a Case# (still waiting) Dec- Infopass Appt- expecting to get a case # in about a week ..Still no Case number

Mar 2013 Infopass - advised file was in a box somewhere, and it would be quicker for us to refile. Life gets in the way... New petition submitted July 2014 .
