One question: should I be happy when the processing time changes? For example today Sunday they are on May 16 ,yesterday they were on May 14. Why? They don't work on weekends. I don't really understand....

This is VJ not USCIS though. It updates when people change their timelines. Maybe people are busy during the week and are changing it over the weekend?

This website has nothing to do with your visa process. When you see processing time change on VJ it is based off members plugging in valid or invalid information; Therefore the processing times your are seeing on the VJ website are not accurate. Although you may take the information given here and make your own assumptions, but I wouldn't put too much emotional investment in the VJ website processing times. Good luck and I hope you here something soon.

Hello friends!


Please help me to clarify,day 17 around 4 pm, I went on the USCIS site and typed my password to my surprise decision is approved I get so nervous and showed my friend the blue ball moved from place and was approved, but it was a fleeting joy to come again in a few minutes to show my sister was in initial review did not believe what I was seeing what madness they screwed up? Good is better to see positively that they are considering my request LOL. Does this happen to anyone else here?

I'm starting to believe that TSC is actively not even trying to approve petitions. I'm about 10 seconds from calling my congressman and telling him either he gets the ball rolling or I will call his office and show up every single day I'm in Texas to his office until something happens. It is utterly insane that CSC has people complaining about waiting over 1 month because even they know any wait over a month for CSC is ridiculous and we can't even get TSC to approve a steady average each day - with the transfers included!

Ditto...I saw the VJ processing times say June 1 st but I highly doubt it :( I'm a late June filer but I'm still hoping June is around the corner for uscis.

well let's see what happens in the next couple weeks. Just yesterday it was mid May and now it Jumped to June? That was quick on here so I wonder what made this move so quickly. Hopefully we will see some June approvals soon!

I just looked at my timeline to see if my "approximate" approval time had changed. A few days ago it said that I should expect a decision between October 8 and November 16 and I just looked and it now says:

Based on timeline data, your I129f may be adjudicated between September 18, 2014 and October 24, 2014.

Ummmmmm, that's this Friday?!?!? It then continued to say that if it is already passed the date range that I should start calling my congressman. Does anyone know how this time range is generated? My 5-month mark is November 16 so I was not going to contact my congressman because I expected them to turn me away before the 5-month marker.

Anyone have any advice? :help:
