Hey Brett you still hanging in there? We FINALLY got them to acknowledge our SECOND RFE after raising a service request - so if they follow normal timelines, we will know we are approved exactly one month less than a year after we submitted...

So if you are a K1 reading this, know that we submitted ALL our forms, indexed and beautifully put together with nothing missing, and we still got two RFEs for forms we already sent them and delays, so take a deep breath and be patient when it happens to you...and know - it really is them and not you :)

My last RFE I put into separate folders for each requested piece of information. Each one labeled and put into a folder so they all stay together. A second rfe is basically saying someone doesn't want to pick up our cases for some reason. Saturday is the last day and then we are over normal processing times again. I think I'm going to call my congressman's office again on Monday. Think I should get an appointment at the local field office too right now. INSANE BROTHER!!

Congrats Lauren and Kevin!

Brett...wow...that sucks. I'm sure we all wish we could do something to make it happen for you right now. Just gonna send some positive vibes your way.

We have our interview on the 28th and I've been a nervous wreck all week. Trying to prepare all the last minute documents and stuff. This process is really tough on us all. Nobody knows unless they have been through it. Glad we have each other in these forums.
