the processing times says that TSC is in April so lets see how quickly these cases get approved and get closer to June!

Is that from VJ data or from the USCIS website? Only one counts and it is the USCIS website as far as official data is concerned. This matters when trying to file for a service request, etc. They only go by what they have posted and I believe it is first week of February right now....even though we know they are approving April right now...sigh.

But I heard someone say that TSC is conservative in their dates so what they post is more like an average of what they are working on. And another thing about VJ times is that not every petitioner is on this site so not everyone is counted for. But I think it's cool to see that the people on here who have applied in March/April/May are getting many notices so that's gotta be a good sign I think.

My fiance is French, and I am American :) We got our NOA 1 June 6th. I hope we all get a speedy approval!

Since we are stuck at the TSC it will probably be the same time frame as others, which right now it seems to be around 5.5-8 months. I'm really hoping to hear something in November, but trying not to get my hopes up.

are they still speeding up Philippines though? I got my hopes up until I saw that..

I think they are. From the facebook grpups that I am a member, i see a bunch of approvals from june, july and even august filers. Which unfortunately, we are not one of those approved petitions.
