Nothing to do with conflicting moral principles and everything to do with blowing other people's comments out of proportion.

Yeah right...

Let's drop this, it's getting old.

The message was to provide optimism. If you want to continue judging me because it took much less time that i anticipated, go right ahead. Because of this I won't be able to be at the interview because of money. I anticipated it to take between 6 and 9 months based on what my lawyer said. I've used this site for the past couple of years as a primary source of information. I didn't anticipate the negativity. This was my second and last post on this forum. I'll have my account canceled in a minute.

Hi,

You can be sure that some of us really got your message with the same excitement you posted and some got really happy for your fast and smooth approval!! :) Don't blame yourself and the negativity is in peoples mind, nothing personal with you!

Visa Journey is definitely a great source of information and you will probably need for the next steps you will have!!! Don't cancel your account based on people's frustration and sadness due to hardships or delays in their process. And please (And the funny part): I need your beneficiary review! Lmao. We're going to the same Embassy, don't let me without the review! Hehehe, just kidding to make things a little bit better here.

Do like I am doing: Just ignore the malicious posts and people who try to twist the words!!! Since I was insulted I just made the person completely invisible because I don't like to deal with hate and BS! I definitely believe that we reap what we sow and that's why I am full of motivation and happiness and I keep in mind that everyday I am one step closer to be with my cutie pie!!!

I am sorry you won't be able to attend to the interview (Probably my fiancé won't be able as well), however and according to the reviews our Embassy is pretty straight forward and I haven't seen major issues!! I wish her good luck and good vibes from here!! I will probably be walking (I work in the same street) by the Embassy while she stands in line and I will send good vibrations!!! :D

Got my RFE in the mail. Wow!! It's as if all the information that I sent was lost or something. I have to: Send two passport photos of us. Send in two forms of G-325A, proof of my citizenship, proof of my divorce, proof of intent to marry, proof of two year meeting requirement, all of my criminal conviction documents.

It's as if someone just dumped my folder in the trash and said start over. LOL. Been running around today and put it all together again, Waiting on Bell to do her side of the coin.

Thats funny it seems a lot of the RFE'S for June are the same way I talked to a lawyer friendof mine who does immigration work he said they (service centers) do it to buy more time especially around holidays.I had RFE asking for things I sent too. I copied everything I sent and in the copy packet I made was all the things they asked for but of course the items missing needed to b original signed copies. How convenient lol so had to wait for it to come from Tunisia to prepare it lol what fun

I definitely got that impression. They responded quickly after I put in that my petition was over processing timelines and my Congressman's aide was starting to bang on the door. So now, I've put it all together again for these folks, and I will give them a month and then start banging on the door again. This is how the game is played.

Would they even have accepted your packet in the first place with so many missing documents? I don't think so. I'd like to think (I guess, anyways) that someone lost it, but I wouldn't put it past them to deliberately throw it away to buy more time. I'd be furious if I was in your place.

Our RFE was because my fiancé forgot to answer the question on the I-129F about any of his prior convictions. He has no criminal convictions but does have 3 separate DUIs from 20 years ago. Does this information need to be included on the application?

8/10/2015 - Married

9/15/2015 - Mailed AOS packages

9/16/2015 - USPS Tracking confirms delivery

Hey guys. Just wanted to stop by to give each one of You some encouragement. My case is in transit to the consulate. There is light at the end of the tunnel. I would definitely start getting your documents prepared so that's one less thing you have to do. The process, once approved, moves so much quickly. It's kind of like when Jesus was tempted by satan. Each one of us has or is going through a difficult time. Keep your heads up and this too shall pass. I posted a while ago that the journey of a thousand miles begins with a single footstep. Although my journey is practically complete there are still some bumps along the road. It isn't easy. As a matter of fact it's so frustrating. I've even found myself arguing a lot with my fiancée out of pure frustration. I have to definitely take a step back and be grateful that we have come a long way. Of course it isn't easy but the closer we get to realizing our goals the harder it becomes. Don't stress the little things and believe me, each and every one of you will have your day. Chin up and rock out. I bet you someone across the blue desert loves you!!!!

One hopeful thing that I see in this list of K-1 petitions received by the TSC from 6/19 - 6/25 is that only 1 out of 186 has been rejected outright. There are 99 approvals, 60 RFEs, and 27 pending adjudication.
