Yesterday was a holiday in the US.

Ohh labour day right?

Feb.23,2018: Mailed I-751 to CSC

Mar. 21, 2018: Received NOA

April.6,2018: Received extension letter 

April.24,2018: Waived Biometrics

AverysMom I am also a June filer that was assigned TSC and I'm also expecting and due this October! It does make things more complicated and I don't know if we will have our baby while he is here but I am hoping I can have the K1 by February. Baby would be 3-4 months old...

Congratulations! This journey is definitely a journey for us! Tough being without my babe each day while pregnant but thank you to Skype, calling cards, and frequent flyer miles it hasn't been too hard.

The total amount of days from the date I mailed in our K1 Visa application to the day my fiancé stepped foot into the USA:

1 year, 3 months and 8 days.

The amount of days from the date we mailed in our AOS to the date everything was approved (after 3 RFEs):

7 months & 5 days

Which makes our journey a total of:

2 years, 3 months, and 8 days

Me too I think maybe they will start approved June next month October because they stay working on march and April filer non transfer to California

I don't think so. I got curious a few days ago and looked to see how many transfers did not occur and I think there is a huge number of April and May filers still ahead of us at TSC. We all jumped to the conclusion that with the transfers, they would skip right on into June - at least I did - until I remembered there are still large number of nontransfers waiting. I was hoping that with transfers that would speed things up from the predicted 8 - 9 month wait. It did, but I think our wait time is going to be right at 5 - 6 months with the way TSC is lagging, meaning approximately mid November - late December approvals for a lot of us. I had high hopes for TSC after the transfers, but it's sad that the transfers at CSC are getting approved faster than some March and April filers still waiting. As of now, standard 5-6 month wait or not, I have nothing but sheer hatred and contempt for TSC and our congress on their inability to reform our sad sack of an immigration system right now. . .

I'm still happy that a large number of people ahead of me were transferred. I can't see how that would be a negative at this point, just means when they do complete those that are left at TSC they will get to June faster. Sucks waiting but we knew what we were in for...it will be here in no time! stay positive June!

I'm very happy about the transfers. At least it shouldn't be a 8 month waiting time now.

However igors list was going soooo fast the last 2 weeks. And it looks like things are really slowing down again.. I know it isn't that accurate. I just wish I saw some more approvals on there.

You can look at all of the I-129F visa requests and filter by NOA1 date (JUNE for us) to see who has received their NOA2, interview date, etc...but remember to filter by TSC so that all of the CSC are not included otherwise you will have a heart attack! :)

We are going to be approved before we know it! Time just keeps moving in our favor, regardless of how fast, our approvals are inevitable!! WOOHOO!!
