Nope, I couldnt even go to the USCIS building today, working in car sales at the end of the month is crazy! Hopefully tomorrow morning, I have a few hours off early morning tomorrow! anyone with any updates?

Just got off the phone and got told the normal processing time/May 6 garbage. Our date is June 12th....this is getting real hard and expensive traveling back and forth. Not to mention that we sold our house and moved into my parents home. That's tough.

I know we are all feeling the same frustration, I'm just sick of my family being apart.

I feel you!! Did you try infopass appointment? There is no point in calling The USCIS go to https://infopass.uscis.gov//and hopefully by speaking with the immigration officer you will get a better picture of what is going on with your case.

I know that I didn't say anything on this forum but I have been monitoring it such the first post from a fellow South Carolinian. I got my approval yesterday night! Thank you to this forum. Without it I would have been lost and confused all the way! Josh was a big help. I was a June 23rd filer.

Well, the good news is, they are working again now, and they're approvine dates right around us. Now, to get out own approvals! Thankfully, most don't take the days around New Year's off so this should at least get us three good days of them processing this week.

On other news, I finally get to move back into my house today. Talk about a distraction! Not that I really want to move the same stuff into the same house, but at least the mold is finally irradiated and I'll be well when Naqeeb finally arrives. A fresh and clean start to our new life together.

At least now I know they are working on my case.

Guys just came back from the local field office, went to wish the officer i work with a happy new year I guess, the case it is still at TSC. She gave me my fiance's ARN that they have issued for her! No clue when these Jack A**ses will send the case over to the NVC. Seems again that they are putting approvals together again. Best of luck guys

I did get an email that my case was just updated. Been waiting Oma response to the RFE I received. The person working on my case insists she sent out the letter of intent to marry along with pics of me and my fiancé. I received the RFE email on 11/25, by that Saturday I got the hardcopy and by 12/1 sent it out. I copied everything and since I didn't hear back, decided to overnight the copy of my evidence. This was on 12/23. So yesterday was the 29th and around 830pm I received that email and when I checked it just said they received my response to the RFE and will resume working on my case. Also said that I should get their decision no later than 2/27/15.

Btw, they said it would be like 60 days until they would advise me about the RFE evidence I sent in and it was literally 28 days. Only thing is I don't know if they received the original or the second set that in overnighted. Doesn't really matter so long as they got exactly what they needed. Hopefully , by what I have been told , is I will get an approval in the next few weeks. Crossing my fingers. I will advise when that happens. If anyone has some info, that would be greatly appreciated.

Also, I thought I'd share that my fiancé and I just reached a milestone and just purchased our first new car! We're so excited about this purchase, it somehow brings us closer to one another, and closer to the moment we will be reunited forever! We've also finally decided to get married in the beginning of August (I mean, what are the odds that we don't have our visa by then?) Thinking positive thoughts makes everything so much easier!

Guys I just received this notice today from uscis :

On December 31, 2014, we updated your name for your Form I-129F, Petition for Fiance(E), Receipt Number SRC1490321713. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

Has anyone recieved this?? What does this mean?? We didn't send anything to have our names updated or anything like that...
