Have you spoken to a Tier 2 person? Or a supervisor? When I finally spoke to a supervisor in Kansas, I learned that my petition was on a shelf in the "Humanitarian Affairs Division". I have no idea why it was there. I had to get my Senator's office involved to get it moved to an officer for adjudication. It's a pain in the butt to do, but it might be worth a try.

Haven't tried that yet as I am the beneficiary. I'm heading to my fiancé's house in 3 weeks and we'll be calling then and seeing what we can find out

anyone from June interviewing? Just trying to get a hold of the time from NOA2 to the interview.

You might want to check out the following thread:

http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/528070-noa2-approval-thread-june-2014-tsc-filers/page-59#entry7513958

The June 2014 filers that received their NOA2s have moved over their now. Many have interviews and gotten approvals.

It seems to move pretty quickly though, once you get the NOA2. A matter of 2 months give or take 2 or 3 weeks.

You've been waiting along time. I hope things start moving more quickly for you soon. Hang in there.

Hey Brett - <waves> you are not alone :)

We're still waiting on ours too - it went back on Feb 11th - and their Electronic system has not changed our status to RFE received, and our Lawyer spoke to a second level officer who confirmed they had it and said...another 60 days wait from the date of the phonecall now sunshine!

So..going to be at least mid April till they look at our RFE .....

They want me to send in a copy of my divorce that I sent to them in June, and guess what? They copied in a Lawyer in Chicago who is not our lawyer..

This officer has so far:

1. Does not recognise a Canadian Divorce decree
2. Has not updated the Online system to show the previous response to an RFE has been received
3. Has sent a second RFE when all issues should be dealt with in the first
4. Does not recognise a United Kingdom Divorce decree
5. Has copied in the wrong Lawyer

...and if we complain to USCIS about this, they will take another 90 days to process our complaint...
You couldnt make this up in a story could you?

Oh yeah and no.6 the biggest crime - you made my Lauren cry you total bastards.

Maybe we have the same officer? LOL. Absolutely insane brother. I'm expecting the same thing in 12 days or so. They're going to rfe us again with some kind of idiotic request. They got it all. Looks like you guys and us are in for the long ride.
