In total agreement here. I made that very point to the person I spoke to on the phone two weeks ago. They didn't care. According to them, "normal processing time" is whatever the latest website update says it is, so as long as it continues to say May 6, we won't be able to submit an inquiry. Which is why they haven't changed it. Bastards.

That defo makes sense now that you say it. I always wondered why they update it so late and weird like this. Now it all makes sense.

And yeah they aren't helpful calling and my senator hasnt made any difference either. I dunno what else I can do. :/ hope they get it together and we can hear some good news soon

Nothing yesterday and it looks like it'll be the same today... This is simply depressing... I'm starting to lose hope in this whole process... We sent out our I-129f exactly 6 months ago today, I'm trying to stay positive through all this, but it's getting harder and harder every day... Hopefully we'll get our approvals before the new year

I definitely feel your pain too. It's hard staying positive especially now during the holidays. When we applied 6 months ago the processing times were normal. There was no way to predict they would get so behind. I'm kinda wishing I had just gotten married then and done this whole thing completely differently. I had no idea it would be so hard and stressful and take this long. But I'm still praying the hardest part is over and the rest of us still waiting will be approved soon. Stay strong and think about the good times ahead. They will far outweigh this painful time waiting. <3

We will be 6 months on Dec. 27th. The wait is almost unbearable, to say the least. Out of curiosity, I typed in hundreds of SRC numbers yesterday and found that there are at least a hundred K-1 petitions pending from the week of 6/22. So, if it's any consolation, we have not been forgotten and we are not alone. Also, I noticed that there were more June K-1 filers approved on the 19th than Igor's list indicates. So, please stay hopeful everyone. more things are happening than we know and our long wait will soon be over.

Happy Holidays everyone ! Thank you to everyone who has contributed information and given us hope! Still waiting here and wondering if anything will ever happen. For those of you wondering about change of address: I submitted a request to change my address on Dec 14 on Dec 15 I received a notice that it was received and on Dec 16 I got a notice that my change of address was processed. I also received a letter in the mail a few days later saying it was processed. So at least they know I still exist. NOA1 June 16.

That is positive news... it would be good to have a reminder or something to encourage more people to complete their timelines and also to explain that by sending a petition to Dallas Lockbox does not make them TSC filers. I'm sure its exciting to just bail out and focus on the next step but we really have little else to follow than Igor's List as an indication of how things are going.

We are a few weeks behind you so of course still waiting but I hope you June filers get good news very soon. Happy Holidays !

I am trying to be optimistic here but hopefully today everybody gets some good news and the cell phone notifications go ding! ding! ding!

Sorry to say this, but today was deemed a holiday too, which happens every time Christmas falls on either Tuesday or Thursday. No work will be done until Monday. :/
