We filed a request on our case last week but I dont think it's related. We had also sent a letter to our congressman 3 weeks ago, never heard back. Who knows how USCIS works....

I'll keep praying for all other June filers. We might have been approved, but the memory of the painful wait is still very present

Well, I just saw this on my case history: On November 25, 2014, your request to have your case expedited, referral number T1D325*********, was completed.

I definitely don't know if they accepted our request and that's why we got the approval or it was just a coincidence...They said my request was completed but it doesn't say it was accepted! And we never heard back from them in regards to it... Somehow I guess that's why we got our approval!

I have a question for those who have been approved a couple of weeks ago. (If they still come here)

Is it true it takes weeks/months for USCIS to send the approval to NVC?

is it only CSC or it's the same with TSC?

I read some people got notification of file being sent, is it on USCIS website?

Thanks

I believe you will be able to see it on their web. Anytime they update something it should be visible on there. I read in one post that they are moving faster at TSC and TSC cases are being processed faster at NVC. There may be a couple of individual applications that can experience some delays.

You will get notified once it's being sent to NVC. I got a text last night that it was being sent. Also I noticed on other threads that it is taking longer for CSC than TSC, but usually it is taking about 2-3 weeks to get a case # assigned.

Hey guys.

I had my appointment this morning at the syracuse satalite office. I spoke to an officer and he told me my case was touched on December 6th. He said my fiance's background check is done and that it doesn't look like I'll be getting an RFE. fingers crossed that I will recieve an approval soon. My noa 1 date is June 24th.

That sounds AWESOME sam!! I go to my local office tomorrow. I hope they just have answers for me. My fiancee is really starting to hate America and she's not even here. Not a good situation.
